Inspection Upon Pickup
All equipment must be thoroughly inspected by the buyer or the delivering carrier at the time of pickup. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the delivery carrier or our customer service team. Once the equipment leaves our facility, it is considered accepted, and no further claims for damages or shortages will be accepted. -
No Returns Allowed
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the shipping container has left our facility, we cannot accept any returns or issue refunds. -
Condition of Equipment
Our containers are inspected and tested prior to shipment. Any issues found after the equipment has been delivered or picked up are the responsibility of the buyer or the delivery carrier. -
Damages During Transit
If the shipping container is damaged during transport, the buyer must notify the delivering carrier and file a claim with them immediately. -
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed once the equipment has left our facility. However, should you experience issues with your purchase that are related to manufacturing defects (not transit damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that all equipment is accepted as-is upon departure from our facility.
